Upon receiving the registration fees by the conference secretariat, you will receive your registration confirmation by email. Please ensure that your email address is up-to-date. This email must be presented at the registration desk at the conference venue to collect your entry pass and other materials.
Register Now- Lunch will be provided at all scientific programs.
- Conference kit bags will be subject to availability for onsite registrations made after 15th July 2025.
- The organisers will use the email ID & mobile number provided by you for conference communication.
- The organising committee shall not be liable in any form in case of changes in date/venue due to unforeseen reasons.
- Conference organizers are not responsible for postal delays/failure of electronic communication.
- Registration is not transferable.
Requests for cancellations and refunds must be emailed to the conference secretariat at [email protected].
- 75% of the registration fee will be deducted for cancellations made up to 30th April 2025.
- 50% of the registration fee will be deducted for cancellations made up to 31st May 2025.
- No refund will be made for requests sent on or after 30th June 2025.
- Applicable taxes & bank charges/online charges will be non-refundable.
- Refunds will be processed one month after the completion of the conference.
