Seminars, Symposia & Workshops
Session Overview: Provide a clear and concise summary of the session, including objectives and key discussion points.
Speakers: List the proposed speakers (maximum 3-4) along with their expertise.
Structure: Sessions should be structured within a duration of 45 to 60 minutes.
Proposed Chairs: Two chairs may be suggested (optional but recommended).
Sponsors: Strongly encouraged for better outreach and support.
Target Audience: Define the intended audience and their level of expertise.
Justification: Explain the significance and impact of the session within the conference theme.
